General

What makes this place special?

Kronplatz Luxury House is a place where relaxation does not need to be arranged - it simply unfolds. Free from fixed routines and expectations, the stay is shaped by personal rhythm, offering space for quiet, retreat and ease.

When are arrival and departure possible?

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, check-out until 9:30 am.
Within this timeframe, flexibility is considered whenever possible.
For arrivals after 7:00 pm, access can be arranged smoothly via mobile phone. A short notice in advance is appreciated.

Is parking available?

Each apartment includes an outdoor parking space. Garage parking is available on request and subject to availability.

Is it possible to arrive by train?

The nearest train station is Valdaora/ Olang. From there, a city bus connects directly to the property. Upon prior notice, the Guest Pass for free use of public transport within South Tyrol can be activated in advance.

Is the property non-smoking?

All apartments and public areas are designed as non-smoking spaces - clear, calm and dedicated to a pleasant atmosphere.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome in selected apartments. The additional charge is €25 per day per dog, without food.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Booking and cancellation policy (excluding from chirstmas to epiphany, carnival and august)

At moment of booking we require a deposit of 30%, the remaining is to be paid directly on
the arrival day.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

  • Cancellation until 15 days prior the day of arrival: only the deposit will be retained
  • Cancellation from 14 until 8 days prior the day of arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price
  • Cancellation from 8 until 1 days prior the day of arrival: 90 % ot the agreed total price
  • In case of No-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price

We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

Is a local tax charged?

A local tax of €3.50 per person per night applies. Children under 14 years are exempt. The tax is listed separately and contributes to the development and maintenance of local infrastructure and services.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, debit card or cash.

Culinary

What makes breakfast special?

Breakfast follows personal preference and can be chosen anew each day. Options include bread delivery, a curated breakfast basket, or an à la carte breakfast in the in-house bistro. Sometimes, a simple coffee at the bar is all that is needed.

How does the à la carte breakfast work?

Selections are made digitally the day before. In the morning, everything is prepared in a calm and seamless way - without waiting.

Is there an afternoon offering?

In the afternoon (excluding closing days), the in-house bistro offers a selection of snacks and drinks. Uncomplicated, refined, and suited to a light moment in between.

Is dinner available?

In the evening, the restaurant is open on most days (excluding closing days). The menu is intentionally reduced, focusing on selected dishes with a clear emphasis on quality.

Wellness & Beauty

What wellness areas are available?

Different spaces create room for rest and relaxation: an indoor pool with whirl corner and access to the outdoors, a wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, salt relaxation area and other quiet areas. In addition, the top level offers a panoramic sauna with Dolomite views and a rooftop pool with whirl loungers (both reserved for guests aged 16 and over).

Are there adults-only areas?

The panoramic sauna with Dolomite views and a rooftop pool with whirl loungers are reserved for guests aged 16 and over, offering a quieter, more secluded atmosphere.

Are there dress code guidelines?

In the wellness area, guests are free to choose whether or not to wear swimwear. The panoramic sauna on the top floor, with views of the Dolomites, is a nudist-only area and is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. The Relax Panoramic Rooftop Pool, featuring XXL whirlpool loungers, is also an adults-only area and is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Are treatments and massages available?

Massages and beauty treatments can be booked in advance or during the stay. They complement the experience as moments of intentional pause.

Can the wellness area be used on the day of departure?

Use is possible upon request and subject to an additional charge and availability.

Are bathrobes and slippers provided?

Bathrobes and towels are provided for the duration of the stay. Slippers are not provided, in line with a conscious and sustainable approach.

Living Comfort

How are the apartments designed?

Modern, reduced and shaped by natural materials. Wood, stone and soft textiles create a calm and grounded atmosphere.

Do all apartments have a balcony?

Yes, each apartment includes a balcony, extending the living space outward.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

More than half of the apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The appropriate category can be selected during booking.

What does the kitchen include?

Each apartment features a modern kitchenette with all essential equipment for everyday use.

How often are the apartments cleaned?

Intermediate cleaning can be arranged at any time upon request. For stays of one week, one cleaning is included.

Is final cleaning included?

Yes, final cleaning is included in the apartment rate.

Activities & Experiences

Are there sports facilities in the house?

A fitness room with high-quality equipment and natural daylight is available.

Where can bicycles be stored?

For bicycles an area in the garage is provided. Bringing a personal lock is recommended for additional safety.

Is there a ski room with boot dryer?

Yes, a modern ski room with boot dryer is located in the basement and easily accessible. The free ski bus stops directly outside the ski room exit.

Where does the ski bus depart?

The stop for the free ski bus is located directly outside the ski room exit.

Where can the ski pass be purchased?

It is recommended to purchase the ski pass online at least three days before arrival. Collection is quick and convenient at the pick-up stations at the lift base.
